School & Educator Tours

Wanuskewin Heritage Park offers educational and stimulating indoor and outdoor programs for students at all levels. Our programs invite students to participate in a range of activities that will challenge and inspire them as they learn about the daily life of First Nations' people. Our programs are structured to meet provincial curriculum requirements in a variety of subjects.

Our museum and exhibits are very user-friendly, and can be enjoyed without an interpreter. We invite educators to enhance their visit by taking students on the trails on their own.

Group Package Includes:

• Orientation and History - The Interpretive Guide will provide a complete history of Wanuskewin Heritage Park and will provide an overview of the Wanuskewin Renewal Project.  This presentation will be followed by the DVD presentation on Wanuskewin (30 min.)
• Access to all trails and art gallery
• Plus, any three programs (indoor or outdoor)
• Additional programs can be arranged

* Group rates are available. Guaranteed minimum of 12 persons for any group booking. Chaperones with groups are FREE

Booking Days:

• Daily (except Good Friday and between Christmas and New Year's)

Due to the high volume of tour requests in April, May and June we cannot confirm any dates until your booking form is received. Tours dates and itineraries will be confirmed in the order the forms are received. To avoid delays please print off make sure the tour booking form is complete in full.
