Guidelines
Choice of Menu
When selecting your menu, please remember that for each function the menu must be identical for all guests attending. Special dietary substitutions are available and must be pre-arranged well in advance of the function. Our menus are suggestions to help with your decision for your function and may be altered with help from our Booking Coordinator.
Start and Finish Times
Start and finish times of all functions are to be strictly adhered to or additional charges will have to be applied. The space is booked for the time indicated on the contract with set-up and dismantling times to be specified at the time of booking.
Food and Beverage
Due to Provincial Health Regulations Wanuskewin Heritage Park does not allow any outside food to be brought in with the exception of Birthday and Wedding Cakes and extreme food allergies. For this same reason, food provided by Wanuskewin Heritage Park is not allowed off the premises.
Security
Wanuskewin Heritage Park does not assume liability or responsibility for any damage or loss of personal or business property.
Display Materials
To avoid damage to walls, we do not allow the use of strong tape, tacks, or any other attachments for posters, flyers or written materials to the walls or doors without prior consent from Wanukewin Heritage Park. If you are not sure, please ask.

Shipping, Receiving, Storage
Supplies for your function may be delivered to Wanuskewin Heritage Park prior to your function. We ask that you mark your boxes properly with the name and date of the function clearly indicated on each item.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, 7 days notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a charge up to 100% of the total value.
Attendance Guarantee
A preliminary estimate of guests is required when the initial booking is made. A guaranteed number of guests attending your food and beverage function is required (7) seven business days prior to the event.
Service Charge/Tax
All food and beverages are subject to a service charge. GST is applied to the balance of your bill.
Accessibility
Closure or restriction to certain sections of Wanuskewin Heritage Park may not be known at the time of booking. Wanuskewin Heritage Park reserves the right to restrict or change access to any area of the building or park at any time.
Liquor
Wanuskewin Heritage Park has a No Alcohol Policy, as such no alcohol is permitted at Wanuskewin Heritage Park under any circumstances.
Method of Payment
All new accounts may apply for credit to establish billing privileges prior to the event. If billing is not established, an alternative form of payment is required. A deposit may be required prior to the event. Payment is required within 14 days from the receipt of invoiced services. Late payment may incur an interest penalty. We accept all major credit cards.
