Wanuskewin is proud to present a unique menu that features First Nations cuisine with a modern flair. Join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner in our 50-seat restaurant overlooking the valley.

With unbeatable atmosphere, warm, friendly staff and a unique sense of culture, Wanuskewin Heritage Park is the perfect place to come for a relaxing meal. Our ever-popular wild rice salad with sun-dried cranberries and almonds is worth the drive itself!

Our restaurant menu features unique items such as: bannock bruschetta, bison chili, battered pickerel, bison stir fry, Cherokee spiced chicken breast, and wild mushroom & wild rice bisque. We incorporate local and regional ingredients into our cuisine, taking pride in the locally raised bison utilized in all our bison dishes.

Traditional staples such as bison soup and stew, baked bannock and Saskatoon Berry Pie are always on the menu. We take great pride in our ability to produce excellent tasting dishes created from scratch in our kitchen.

Why not come for the atmosphere and stay for the food …
