- by visitors leaving with a better and deeper understanding of early Northern Plains Indians culture and a greater appreciation of our common heritage through the quality and authenticity of facility, products, services and programs
- by providing well-run and culturally unique programs, festivals and events
- by being the meeting and gathering place in the spirit of sharing and hospitality
- by protecting and restoring the natural beauty of the site for future generations
- by maintaining an online resource to help educators realistically and more easily integrate Northern Plains Indians culture and knowledge into the classrooms
- by creating Northern Plains Indians cultural teaching tools, training and programs that can be immediately applied in the real-world of educators daily functions
